Boston RentFlow 6 for 5 - A liquid investment strategy using the BPFR method

Our tried-and-tested technique is to buy large single family homes and develop multi family properties in under supplied South Boston areas. Using the popular BPFR  method of investing, we then renovate  each property by improving the living conditions, updating fire safety regulations, and prepare it for rent.
